1. About Us

Four Trimesters Pte Ltd (UEN: 200512180D) is a Singapore-registered company providing birth and postpartum services including antenatal education, doula services, breastfeeding consultations, placenta encapsulation, and lactation cookies.

2. Agreement to Terms

By booking any service or purchasing any product from Four Trimesters, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

3. Services

We offer the following services:

• Antenatal classes
• Birth doula support
• Postpartum doula support
• Breastfeeding consultations
• Placenta encapsulation
• Lactation cookies

Service details, inclusions, and pricing are outlined in your booking confirmation and/or service contract.

4. Bookings & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment is accepted via credit/debit card, PayNow (UEN: 200512180D), or bank transfer to Four Trimesters Pte Ltd, DBS 010-906486-9.
• For PayNow and bank transfer payments, please WhatsApp us at +65 9664 4565 with a screenshot of your payment and your invoice number for confirmation.
• Please note that credit card providers may apply a surcharge of 1%–3% to your transaction. This is charged by your card provider and is not an additional fee from Four Trimesters. We do not pass on credit card surcharges and only charge your invoiced amount.

5. Scope of Service

All services are provided as described in your booking confirmation or signed service contract. Any additional visits or services beyond what is included will be charged separately as agreed.

6. Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your care
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your health, pregnancy, or birth plan
• Contact us in a timely manner when labour begins or is suspected
• Return any rented equipment in good condition within one (1) month postpartum
• Settle all outstanding payments according to agreed terms

7. Limitation of Liability

Four Trimesters provides support, education, and companionship services. We are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services complement but do not replace the care of your medical team. We are not liable for medical outcomes.

8. Confidentiality

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
