Who this is for — and who it's not

This class is for you if:

You want to feel prepared, not overwhelmed
You want to understand why things happen in labour — not just what to do
You value evidence, experience, and real-life application
You want practical tools for birth, regardless of how it unfolds
You want preparation that supports breastfeeding and early postpartum too

This may not be the right fit if:

You are looking for a one-off informational lecture
You want a rigid birth plan checklist
You prefer a fully self-paced, screen-only experience

Antenatal Classes · Singapore

Antenatal classes that prepare you for real birth — not just information.

Mental, emotional, and physical preparation — delivered in person, in small groups, with clarity and care.

Birth is not something to get through. It is something to prepare for — thoughtfully, practically, and with your whole self. This is where most parents begin.

What the Series Covers

Three sessions. One complete foundation.

Our antenatal program is delivered across three consecutive Saturdays — structured so each session builds on the last, without information overload. This is holistic preparation, not a checklist.

Session 1

Mental, Emotional & Physical Preparation for Childbirth

Birth preparation begins long before labour starts. Just as you would not run a marathon without training, this session builds the daily pregnancy practices that support a calmer, more efficient birth — conditioning mind, body, and nervous system together.

Understanding the function of pain in labour — and how to work with it, not against it
How fear, expectations, and emotions shape the physiology of pregnancy, labour, and birth
Core breathing principles for regulation, stamina, and focus
Optimal Maternal Positioning™ as a daily pregnancy practice — supporting pelvic alignment, daily comfort, and space for birth

Session 2

Birth Planning, Labour & Birth

This session applies what you have built — translating preparation into informed, grounded decision-making during labour and birth. You leave with clarity, adaptability, and the confidence to navigate labour moment by moment, even when circumstances change.

How to think through birth preferences and communicate them clearly with your care team
Understanding labour patterns and recognising signs of progression
Working with contractions using movement, positioning, and breath
Making grounded decisions when circumstances change
Navigating labour across different birth settings and scenarios

Session 3

Breastfeeding & The Fourth Trimester

Breastfeeding and postpartum adjustment are not separate from birth preparation — they are a continuation of it. This session shifts focus beyond birth, supporting the transition into early parenthood, recovery, and feeding your baby with confidence.

Getting breastfeeding started well from the first hours after birth
Common early challenges and how to troubleshoot them before they escalate
Understanding newborn behaviour and feeding cues
Physical and emotional recovery after birth
What the fourth trimester really asks of families — and how to prepare for it realistically
Antenatal class session 3

Birth is a shared experience. Like a partner dance, it requires attunement, trust, and presence — with the birthing mother at the centre, supported every step of the way. This series prepares both of you.

Our recommendation

For most parents, group antenatal classes provide the strongest foundation — offering comprehensive preparation, shared learning, and a clear framework for navigating birth. Private antenatal sessions are best as a supplement or for parents with specific needs.

Good to know

What if I miss a session?

We understand that life happens. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session due to illness, travel, or unforeseen circumstances, you may join another group class session (subject to availability), complete the equivalent content via your Kajabi online access, or arrange a private make-up session at the difference in value.

Booking & cancellation

Classes are booked as a full series. Refunds are not offered once the course has commenced. Transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis. This course is educational and does not replace medical care.

What comes after antenatal classes

Many parents complete the antenatal series as a standalone foundation — and find it is everything they needed. Some choose to continue with:

Birth Support (Doula Care) — continuity of care from pregnancy through birth and early postpartum
Breastfeeding Support — hands-on guidance once your baby arrives

These are optional, and discussed separately. There is no pressure to decide now.
