Prenatal & Postnatal Exercise Class
"How you move your body on a daily basis impacts how you will be able to birth."
Pre/Postnatal Exercise Class with Nada will offer you basic postural alignment tools to implement into your daily life to help reduce pregnancy complaints like diastasis recti & sciatica. The small & personal group classes include strength, length & mobility working to optimize fetal positioning for a smooth labour & for a swifter postpartum recovery.
Each prenatal & postnatal class is run as a series with a different focus each week but is not limited to:
- Breathing and alignment
- Core awareness and pelvic floor
- Pelvic stability and glute strength
- Leg strength and squat prep
- Upper body Strength and shoulder release
- Birthing positions and solutions
- Breathing & alignment
- Core connection & diastasis recti
- Pelvic Floor & hip strength
- Upper body strengthening
- Leg Strengthening
Obviously babies are always welcome but Saturday gives you the 'daddy time' option as well.
Postnatal Exercise Class: Saturdays, 9.30-10.30am
Prenatal Exercise Class: Saturdays, 10.35-11.35am
Nada has international experience and has been teaching for almost 15 years. She is also a Mother to 3 beautiful children, two of which were born at home here in Singapore. Her motivation is always to help support women to feel strong in their pregnancy and prepare them for the physical feat of the birth process.
Every series runs for 6 weeks. Please note that sessions are purchased at the start of the course and once you have purchased the series of sessions, your commitment to the agreed dates is appreciated
Please note: We cannot carry the classes forward to the next series.
