"Giving birth and being born brings us
into the essence of creation, where the
human spirit is courageous and
bold and the body, a miracle of wisdom."

My philosophy in life are; anything that annoys you, is teaching
you patience, anything you can't control is teaching you how
to let go and anything that angers you is teaching you love and
compassion. Let go a little and learn to laugh at yourself.

About Me: A lucky mother to baby Larah, wife to a wonderful husband, an opportunist and a business partner of a recruitment firm.

My philosophy in life are; anything that annoys you, is teaching you patience, anything you can't control is teaching you how to let go and anything that angers you is teaching you love and compassion. Let go a little and learn to laugh at yourself.

My own traumatic birth experience has led me down this path as a Doula. I feel that society has forgotten how powerful a Mother can be and that birth is magical. I want to remind women just how badass we are and that giving birth should be our greatest achievement, not fear.

I hope to spread a little magic dust and empower women from all walks of life towards the birth they want to have, and to help prepare them for the wonderful journey ahead.
